The master bedroom is located next to the main entrance on the top level, where is also the open-plan kitchen with dining area and a nice terrace. Going down to ground level, we find a living room with a L-shaped sofa in front of a large TV screen and access to the pool. On this same level we can find a home office and 3 ensuite rooms with access to the pool.
On an underground level there is a huge multipurpose room for exercising and a guest room with an office and private bathroom.
The pool are is surrounded by a well-kept grass and we find there a nice covered outdoor kitchen with a table where up to 12 people could sit. A charcoal barbecue is available for those delicious lunches by the pool.
